Job Description

***We are looking for an Immediate Joiner for our Bangalore Office**

Role & responsibilities

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or reliability engineering roles, with 3+ years in architecture or leadership positions.
• Proven experience in assessing operational maturity and implementing SRE practices in complex, large-scale environments.
• Experience in MLOps/AIOPs is added advantage

• Expertise in:
• Cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with at least two of Monitoring/observability tools (Appdynamics, LogRocket, , Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, ELK).
• CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Working knowledge of GIT or any source control, and DevOps practices and understanding of application development
• Exposure and experience in automation & configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Incident management tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of SLI/SLO/Error Budget frameworks.
• Should be able to collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to build consensus
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
