Job Summary:
We are looking for a Web Solutions Lead to drive the creation of scalable, enterprise ready and industry-specific website solutions built on our SaaS-like WordPress powered platform. This role blends design thinking, solution architecture, and project leadership. You will be responsible for developing reusable templates, crafting complete web solutions tailored to different industries, and ensuring successful delivery of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of industry-specific web solutions powered by WordPress.
Design and build reusable templates, layouts, and components that align with both business needs and UI/UX best practices.
Translate industry requirements into solution blueprints combining design, content structure, and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with development, content, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Take full ownership of client solution rollouts from understanding requirements to managing timelines and ensuring quality.
Maintain and evolve a template library and internal design systems.
Communicate with clients to gather feedback, provide consultation, and ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, user expectations, and WordPress advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.
3+ years of experience in web design, web solutions, or WordPress-based product/platform development.
Strong experience with WordPress, including theme development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a working knowledge of PHP.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles, layout structuring, and responsive design.
Experience in creating modular, reusable templates suited to different industries (e.g., healthcare, retail, services, etc.).
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg.
Strong project management and communication skills able to manage client expectations and internal workflows.
Ability to think in terms of packaged solutions, not one-off websites.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a team.
Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):
Experience in SaaS product development or multi-tenant WordPress platforms.
Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Prior agency or B2B platform experience.
