- 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI/ML Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. This role involves managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML professionals in developing scalable models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics) to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
- Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects from research and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure model quality, performance, fairness, and explainability using best practices.
- Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, research, tools, and technologies.
- Present insights and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (eg, AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in Banking domain will be preferrable.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, ignite, Spark, or distributed systems for handling high-volume data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure requirements for training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale AI/ML and deep learning models.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automating model integration, testing, and deployment in production environments.
- Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy, Dask, Spark MLlib
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelors /Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
