Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations & Support Engineer with strong expertise in AAA systems, PCRF (Epiphany Policy Controller), LDAP, DHCP, Telecom Networking, and Linux system administration. Radius and TACACAS Protocol knowledge is must. The role involves day-to-day operations, incident resolution, system monitoring, and configuration management ensuring service availability and performance.

Comments:

Experience in troubleshooting AAA, EPC. Good understanding of telecom protocols and handling TACACS, Radius. EPC Understanding of Policy rule creation, QoS configuration, LDAP - AAA integration and DHCP understanding. Should have good understanding of Telecom and Networking. Hands-on with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and basic scripting (Bash/Python) Knowledge of SQL for basic DB queries and troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
