Job Title: Tractor Controls & Linkages Design Lead

Qualification: B.EMechanical Engg/Automobile Engg

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Post Date: 12/02/2025

Job Expiry Date: 12/03/2025

Location: Chennai

Tractor Controls & Linkages Engineer will be responsible to Design and develop control systems and linkages for tractors, - functionality, efficiency, and user interface.

Should be expertise in vehicle Controls & linkage layout preparation, complete understanding of Tractor /farm equipment / Target setting, Ergonomics, design & Dev, testing and validation.

Should have knowledge of mechanisms and activation.

Exposure in performance testing, analyze data to ensure system validation.

Should have knowhow of effort Estimation and timeline preparation, Stay updated on the latest advancements in agricultural technology and control systems.

High level of literacy in Siemens NX and Teamcenter
Identify opportunities for innovation in tractor control mechanisms and linkages.
