Job Description

Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The role involves handling client communication, order processing, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales team with daily operations and client follow-ups.
Manage order processing, invoices, and delivery coordination.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and documentation.
Maintain CRM/database and track sales performance.
Support marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in sales coordination or support role.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude
