Email - Trainee QA Engineer @ MoEngage

- Test Case Development : Assist in creating test cases and test plans under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects , ensuring clear communication of issues and their resolutions.
- Exploratory Testing : Perform exploratory testing to identify bugs and defects in software applications.
- Automation Testing : Learn and assist in automation testing using tools like Playwright .
- API Testing : Perform in API testing using tools like Postman/Newman .
- Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Investigate and diagnose bugs via logs, scripts, and logic.

Requirements :

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in software testing or related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies .
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication skills .
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, with familiarity in languages such as Python (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
- Questioning - Ability to analyze requirements and ask relevant questions before writing test cases.
- Ability to identify issues, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS .
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
