Job Description
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E (Mechanical / Automobile) with 4-6 Years of experience.
Experience : 4-7 years
- Experience in Closures Design & Development at Automobile OEM around 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Must have hands on experience in automobile domain having worked in Closures Design.
- Design of Front Door,Rear Door, Tailgate, Engine hood and Fender systems
- Sheet metal, aluminum, extrusions, and some plastics parts
- At least one complete project execution of Closure system
- Candidate should be experienced in CATIA and PLM softwares like Team center will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc.
- Good technical knowledge of automotive Sheet metal parts, manufacturing and assembly -process.
- Should be able to prepare & deliver presentations of the concepts/master section.
- Should be able to do tolerance stack up & GD&T added advantage.
- Hand on experience in Part development/supplier interaction added advantage.
