Network Administration
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls (ASA/Firepower/FTD), and Meraki appliances.
Design and implement secure LAN/WAN and wireless network architectures.
Manage VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, NAT, DHCP, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
Optimize network performance and proactively resolve latency, connectivity, and throughput issues.
Systems Administration
Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) and Linux-based systems.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
Perform patching, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Maintain monitoring systems for uptime, performance, and security (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).

Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.
Ensure network and system compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Cloud & Infrastructure Projects
Collaborate on hybrid-cloud connectivity and deployments (AWS, Azure).
Lead or participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and new deployments.
Documentation & Support
Maintain accurate documentation: topology maps, configuration records, SOPs.
Provide Tier 3 support for IT incidents and service requests.
Mentor junior administrators and serve as technical SME for escalations.

What we re looking for:
8-10 years of relevant experience in systems and network administration.
Strong hands-on experience with:
o Cisco Catalyst/Nexus series switches
o Cisco ASA / Secure Firewall / FTD
o Cisco Meraki MX, MR, MS devices
Expertise in routing/switching protocols and security configurations.
Solid understanding of Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization.
Familiar with ITIL practices and change management processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Security), Cisco Meraki CMNA are preferred.
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or AWS Solutions Architect certification is good to have.
Certification in CompTIA Security+ / CEH / ITIL Foundation is a plus.
