Mern Stack Developer (Lead) @ Codiant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express.
• Build responsive, visually appealing user interfaces using React.
• Implement secure and scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Work with MongoDB to create and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.
• Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MERN stacks, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Experience with state management in React (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with MongoDB/MySQL database design and optimization.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is an advantage.
• Leading Team experience is a plus.
