Lead I - Software Testing (Automation testing) @ UST

Job Description

Role Overview As an Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience, you will be a valuable addition to our Quality Engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java, ensuring the quality and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Write and execute test cases, analyzing results to meet business and functional requirements. - Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to understand application features and architecture. - Identify, log, and track software bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA. - Perform regression testing with high test coverage and integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven. - Provide regular test status updates, documentation, and contribute to quality initiatives. Qualification Required - 4+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and core Java. - Hands-on experience with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber frameworks. - Proficiency in Git, REST API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus. - Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum processes. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
