Job Description
- As a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with 6 to 13 years of experience, you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in projects. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in C#, Specflow, API, SQL Azure, Jenkins, Java, TestNG, Jira, Selenium, Maven, and PL/SQL. Experience in Supply Chain Analytics-Retail and Order Management-Retail would be beneficial. Your key responsibilities in this role include: - Leading the quality assurance process for various projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices. - Overseeing the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Specflow. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software. - Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using C#, Java, and PL/SQL to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software builds. - Conducting thorough reviews of test results, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues. - Utilizing SQL for data validation and verification and leveraging Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting to maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities. - Staying current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency within the team. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Your qualifications should include: - Proficiency in C# and API (specifically Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, and HttpRequest). - Familiarity with Specflow, SQL, Azure, Jenkins, TestNG, Jira, Selenium, Maven, and PL/SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in Supply Chain Analytics-Retail and Order Management-Retail is an added advantage. - Possession of certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent is preferred to demonstrate your expertise in quality assurance.,
