Job Description
- As the Head of User Acceptance Testing at Morgan Stanley India, you will lead and manage a large team of UAT testers and Test Leads across different Platforms Areas. Your team will functionally own and execute UAT for global Wealth Management platforms from India, serving financial advisors, branch managers, support professionals, and clients. Your responsibilities include: - Testing a portfolio of strategic, tactical, and risk development work amounting to over $500M - Establishing consistent practices and definitions for testing and test documentation - Focusing on Strategy & Planning, Execution & Coordination, Stakeholder communication, Sign-offs & Risk Management - Working closely with leads to establish UAT strategy and success criteria - Partnering with Technology QA Testing Leadership to ensure efficient Division of Labor - Identifying and driving process improvements to achieve zero production defects Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology, or related field - At least 15 years of relevant QA/UAT experience and 5+ years of people management experience - Strong knowledge of UAT and software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and Test Management Tools - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Experience in Automation testing is a plus Morgan Stanley is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals can maximize their full potential.
