Job Description
- As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking - Data Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative technology products in a secure and scalable manner. Your primary responsibility will be leading the design and development of the AI/ML platform, ensuring its robustness, scalability, and high performance. You will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices in software engineering, machine learning operations (MLOps), and data governance. Compliance with data privacy and security regulations pertaining to AI/ML solutions is a key aspect of this role. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain consistent code check-ins every sprint to facilitate continuous integration and development. Your role will also involve enabling the Gen AI platform, implementing Gen AI Use cases, LLM finetuning, and multi-agent orchestration. Effective communication of technical concepts and solutions across various organizational levels is essential for success in this position. - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts - Minimum of 5 years of applied experience - Extensive practical experience with AWS cloud services, including EKS, EMR, ECS, and DynamoDB - Experience in Databricks ML lifecycle development is a plus - Advanced knowledge in software engineering, AI/ML, machine learning operations (MLOps), and data governance - Demonstrated prior experience in leading complex projects, including system design, testing, and ensuring operational stability - Expertise in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Real-time model serving experience with Seldon, Ray, or AWS SM - Understanding of large language model (LLM) approaches such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based models (Note: Additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
