Job description
Manage and facilitate all board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and related documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns and documents with the Registrar of Companies and other -regulatory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance, legal obligations, and best practices.
- Handle all communication and correspondence with shareholders.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and other professionals.
