Job Description

    As a Software as a Service (SaaS) project professional at Infosys, you will support the customization and implementation of cloud platforms for various projects. You will solution managed services implementation and work with multiple product suites such as data exchange platform, integration system, order management, and fulfillment to ensure top-level service offerings to clients within Infosys" guidelines and policies. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical troubleshooting and product support to customers using our products as a techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Monitoring applications and systems in production to swiftly detect and resolve issues. - Responding to incidents and leading outages to minimize service disruptions. - Identifying and implementing automation opportunities for improved efficiency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and implement platform and technical initiatives. - Supporting implementation and driving initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams. - Taking ownership of user problems and proactively resolving issues. - Implementing automation tools to enhance operations and reduce errors. - Staying updated with product changes and updates to provide accurate support. - Working in shared service projects and being open to flexible timings to support them effectively. - Leading onboarding sessions for new team members and mentoring junior team members to improve their technical and customer interaction skills. - Developing and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives like training workshops and documentation reviews to ensure team members are well-informed. Key Skills and Competencies required: - Working knowledge in core Java, Linux, and Kubernetes. - Strong hands-on experience in scripting, PL/SQL, and cloud technologies. - Proficiency in major incident management applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytical tools (e.g., SQL queries). - Solid understanding of software troubleshooting and debugging processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
