- Role Overview: Oracle Health AI (OHAI) is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare with data-driven, intelligent solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency in health systems globally. As an IC4 Full Stack Engineer at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior members. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and innovation will contribute to Oracle's strategic initiatives in the healthcare and artificial intelligence space. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end development of scalable and robust web applications, encompassing front-end and back-end technologies. - Architect, design, and implement features across the full stack, including UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively. - Proactively identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability challenges to ensure optimal application functionality. - Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and establish standards to guide junior engineers. - Mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. - Ensure all deliverables adhere to Oracle's quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full stack software development. - Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python). - In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design patterns, data structures, and scalable designs. - Familiarity with common open-source software and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, and other CI/CD tools. - Experience with DevOps practices and solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure. - Demonstrated history of leading complex projects and mentoring fellow engineers. - Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
