Job Description

Job Responsibilites:

Fixing up of appointments for consultation for OA,CA treatment .Preparing case sheets, arranging for X-ray co-coordinating with the doctor for consultation.

Maintenance of all incoming/out going calls in the system with source.

Maintaining the files/records which include case sheets, X-rays.

Preparation of pre-treatment summary on patient request.

Keeping track of OA CA patients treatment charges.

Preparation of appointment list sending it to concerned department.

Updating the time slot periodically sending the hard copy to the concerned department.

Coordinating with Doctor, Physiotherapist, Accounts Admin for the post treatment formalities.

Making follow up calls for reviews of patients.

Suggestion box should be checked periodically handing over the feedback form to CAO.

Updating Accounts Manager COO regarding the payment status of OA CA patients through mail.

Maintaining the house keeping attendance.
