Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or chat.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and empathetically.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Excellent communication skills.
Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or BPO preferred.
