Walk-in for Telesales Executive (Fresher can apply)!!
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our Personal Loan team. You will reach out to potential customers over the phone, explain personal loan products, handle queries, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain financial products effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Prior telesales/financial product sales experience preferred (freshers may also apply).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Language: Hindi fluency mandatory.
Education & Experience:
Minimum qualification: PUC/Diploma/Graduate.
0-4 years of experience in telesales/loans/financial services preferred.
