We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our voice support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes and will be responsible for assisting U.S.-based customers with order-related inquiries, particularly concerning automotive parts. Your role will involve communicating order statuses, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying post-purchase experience

Role & responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to update customers on order status, including tracking information, shipping delays, and part availability.
  • Handle inbound calls related to product inquiries, order modifications, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an international (U.S.) voice process or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts or experience in the e-commerce industry is an added advantage.

  • Must be ready to work in night shifts.
