Summary:

Zetas Marketing Operations is comprised of over 50 individuals who provide world class operational support to the stakeholders and clients of Zeta using multiple in-house and commercial performance marketing tools. We are currently looking for a Creative Developer to join our Campaign Operations team in our Hyderabad office who loves responsive and adaptive design principles and the technology behind them, enjoys working with tight deadlines and thrives in a highly collaborative environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Developing responsive emails and resolving cross platform device issues using HTML table layouts.
• Translating pre-created Photoshop, Figma and XD files into HTML table code.
• Contributing to a heavily process-oriented work environment including editing 15-20 pre-existing emails per day.
• Testing HTML code using Email on Acid and/or Litmus for syntax errors, responsiveness, and accuracy across various platforms and formats.
• Coordinating design, content, and technical duties to meet multiple, interdependent deadlines.
• Converting approved designs to functional, responsive web/mobile templates and pages.
• Developing HTML 5 banners, landing pages and interactive PDFs

Essential Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal.)
• Eminent email code knowledge using HTML tables.
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to handle multiple requests, changes, and conflicting priorities.
• A mindset of ownership and teamwork.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD and Illustrator.)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Figma and Bootstrap. HTML 5, jQuery, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of design principles, email template architecture and best practices.
• Adept at mobile and responsive design, testing and troubleshooting.
