Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy individual to support audience creation, quality assurance (QA), and syndication efforts across multiple accounts. This role is essential in leveraging first-party customer dataparticularly transaction and purchase datato build and manage audiences that drive performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage audience segments using first-party customer data

Execute QA and syndication of audiences across multiple accounts and platforms.

Learn and utilize the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), where all audience segments are built, maintained, and activated.

Maintain thorough documentation and tracking of audience builds through standardized audience trackers for internal team reference.

Help develop and document processes and best practices around audience creation, ensuring consistency and scalability across the team.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment and visibility into audience strategies.

Qualifications:

Understanding of or ability to quickly learn how to work with customer data, particularly transactional and behavioural data.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience in tracking and documentation.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to build scalable processes and knowledge-sharing resources.

Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools as this role is primarily working in the ZMP

Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
