Job Description

Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and chat.
Provide hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and break-fixes on Macs and PCs
Provide support for common ITOps services like MDM (JAMF), AntiVirus (Sophos), G-Suite, Slack, Okta, System Vulnerability Management etc
Record, track and maintain IT asset inventory in the asset management system.
Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
Purchase and acquisition of laptops, peripherals, and other electronics for office personnel.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Operate with a security-first mentality
Collaborate with the Operations team on key IT projects and initiative
