Job Title: CA Industrial Trainee Finance (P2P)
Location: Remote / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Delhi
Department: Finance _ Procure to Pay (P2P)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance P2P team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations, vendor management, and process optimization within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end P2P cycle including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations in SAP Public Cloud
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
- Perform GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) analysis and follow up on pending items
- Ensure documentation and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Participate in month-end closing activities including FAR, prepaid expenses, provisions, and AP reconciliations
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary data and documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to Accounts Payable performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Pursuing CA Cleared IPCC / Intermediate (both groups) and eligible for Industrial Training
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
