As we navigate the path of expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Technology Lead in MEAN Stack to spearhead our projects, steer technology decisions, and contribute significantly to the ongoing growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of product development principles and related architecture, with a keen awareness of the microservices-based model for developing SAAS products with multi-tenant architecture.
Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership:
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and build a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Drive the formulation and execution of technology strategies for MEAN Stack projects.
Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency.
Microservices and SAAS Development:
- Implement and advocate for a microservices-based model in product development.
- Realize multi-tenant architecture to enable the development of SAAS products.
Development and Coding:
- Engage hands-on in coding and development using MEAN Stack, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews to uphold code quality and foster continuous improvement.
Client Collaboration:
- Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, provide technical insights, and address concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in MEAN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
