Role : Lead ServiceNow Developer/Architect Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and technical best practices. Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment. Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Develop, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using best-in-class development standards. Conduct system and architecture reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and security of ServiceNow implementations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integration points. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards in all ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or a closely related technical field. Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, Custom Apps, CMDB and Discovery). Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data structures, and security frameworks. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in design and implementation workshops. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, separations are a strong plus.
