Job Description

Your Role

Set up and fine-tunethresholds, alerts, and dashboards across infrastructure layers.

Integrate monitoring tools withITOM platforms(e.g., ServiceNow ITOM).

Optimize tool configurations and reduce alert noise.

Identify and implementautomation opportunitiesacross servers, storage, backup, databases, networks, and Azure environments.

Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure full-stack visibility.

Your Profile

4+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, tool administration, or cloud operations.

Hands-on experience withLogicMonitor,Illumio, andAzure Monitor.

Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure(servers, storage, backup, DB, network).

Familiarity withITOM integrations,automation, andobservability best practices.

Scripting knowledge (e.g.,PowerShell,Python,Shell) for automation.

Experience withAzure environmentsandServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
