Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain test scripts.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct script reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and process.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
Strong proficiency in any automation tool (Preferably TOSCA, but not mandatory)
Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
