Role & responsibilities

Education (min) - Bachelors Degree,

Certifications - Oracle Certified Professional (Solaris)

Systems Engineer with 8+ years experience in,

Administering Installing, configuring and maintaining Sun Servers (Solaris 9,10 & 11).

Configuring and administering Solaris Zones and Containers on Sun Solaris operating system.

Sun Virtualisation, LDOM & Server Sizing.

Administering Suse, Redhat OEL & other Linux flavors.

Strong knowledge in implementation and configuration of RHEL, OEL and Suse SAP cluster configuration and management

Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues.

Experience in implementing Security hardening and patch management.

Good knowledge on shell and other scripting and should have worked on automations.
