We are expanding our team in Mohali and looking for an AI/ML & Automation Engineer who is passionate about building next-generation AI solutions in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent automation pipelines across NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (BERT, GPT, T5) and implement RAG pipelines for conversational AI and enterprise automation.
- Build end-to-end ML + automation pipelines, integrating cloud services (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Logic Apps, CI/CD) for scalable deployment.
- Develop and automate data preprocessing, ingestion, and monitoring workflows to ensure efficient ML lifecycle management.
- Research and implement GANs, Diffusion Models, CNNs for real-time analytics, detection, and automation-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI and automation into enterprise platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Programming: Python, JavaScript, SQL, Git
- AI/ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas
- NLP & LLMs: Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5), RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, Prompt Engineering
- Automation & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Logic Apps, FastAPI, Flask
- Computer Vision: GANs, Diffusion Models, CNNs, OpenCV
- Databases: Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB), PostgreSQL, SQL
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP (basic exposure)
Educational Qualification
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
