Job Description
The Team:
S&P Enterprise Solutions is looking for Program / Project Managers to drive software development projects and program of work, operational change management and to develop organizational Agile maturity and transparency across the Business segments and product lines, to ensure the delivery of the product roadmap.
This role is a great opportunity to make an impact on delivery practices in a fast-paced, financial service, software organization that is driven by innovation and an agile mindset. The Project team is currently growing and developing into a structured PMO across the Enterprise Solutions product verticals.
The Impact:
The Manager of IT Project Management will oversee project management activities within the IT department, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive project success and improve processes.

Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met.Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.Mentor and develop project management team members.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. inimum of 10 years of experience in project management within IT.Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheets).Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
