Role & responsibilities
As a Secondary Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at PBPartners, you will be responsible for managing relationships with agents and supporting them to achieve their targets effectively. The role involves working closely with agents across different processes within the VRM channel, including:
- Connect with agents mapped under your portfolio via tele calling.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively leveraging agent partnerships via tele calling.
- Assist agents in their day-to-day operations.
- Provide support and guidance to agents to enhance their productivity.
- Offer comprehensive support to on-field relationship managers and agents.
- Managing channel partners on call to drive business and achieve monthly targets.
- Onboarding and activation of new agents.
- Training agents on new product and POS platforms.
- Calling agents for feedback and support regarding ongoing concerns.
- Handling Partner's inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (for Graduates).
- Masters degree or equivalent qualification (For Post Graduates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated.
