Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (with Java/Python/C#).
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and regression testing.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand product requirements.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing for web applications.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Report and track defects, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and maintain best testing practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior
