Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in .NET technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role will be responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. The Technical Lead will play a key role in integrating .NET solutions with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and other enterprise systems, while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and align with technical standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Guide the integration of .NET applications with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions and Web Jobs, and other enterprise platforms.
- Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and support skill development across the team.
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline setup, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
- Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native design.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within scope.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization of database queries.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating .NET applications with Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of enterprise DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in manufacturing or dealer network domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
