Telecom Billing Program Manager
Skills required : Telecom Billing , E3 Proficiency in billing systems, such as Amdocs, Oracle, or SAP, and experience with data analytics tools
Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Pune

Must-Have**
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in telecom billing, with a focus on program management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing systems, such as Amdocs, Oracle, or SAP, and experience with data analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Good-to-Have
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Six Sigma, or billing-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with telecom industry trends, regulations, and standards.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Program Management: Develop and execute billing transformation plan and to meet business objectives, ensuring timely revenue recognition

Solution delivery: Understand Billing components and solutions and drive end to end delivery, including invoice generation, payment processing, and revenue recognition.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure billing processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Data Analysis: Analyze billing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issues.
