S&P Global is seeking experienced Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-value, high-impact solutions to the worlds most demanding, high-profile clients. This position is a hands-on test build /execution role. It is a highly technical position and will require strong knowledge of automation. What youll work on:
- Translating software requirements/stories into accurate and complete test scenarios, including identifying the detailed test data needs,with a commitment to deliver high quality releases
- Partner with global team of developers to jointly build great products, efficiently and on time
- Identify and categorize bugs into themes, trying to figure out the root cause
- Conductingintegration, stress, performance, scalability, and/or load testing
- Collaborating with end-user, technology and operational functions of the business as part of a globally integrated delivery team
- Removingroadblocks,escalatingrisksandworkingin a fast paced andhighly-interactiveenvironment
- Being a member of the Scrum team, you will not only contribute to the technical architecture and implementation, but also to the team efficiency initiatives and culture.
What we look for:
5+ years of QA SDET, required with experience in utilization of AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and collaborate with global teams to build great products.
Additionally, candidates should have extensive experience in designing and automating builds within cloud platforms with a broad exposure to various services in AWS and/or Azure.
QA Engineering
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on programming in C# or .NET and TypeScript.
- Experience in API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Familiarity with stress, performance, scalability, and load testing.
- Experience in automated Excel and cross-browser testing.
- Experience with databases (preferably SQL Server) and ability to write complex SQL statements.
DevOps & Automation
- Experience in CI/CD environments with tools like Azure, TeamCity
- Containerization & Orchestration: Helm, ECS
- CI/CD design using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
- Secret Management in test
AI/ML Integration
- Proficiency with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and testing tools such as Selenium and WebDriver.
- Build New Test and maintenance of existing test using copilot
- AI-driven Failure analysis/code reviews/ code optimization using copilot or similar tools
- Build test system/pipelines using agentic AI driven approach
