Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Azure/Cloud DevOps Engineer to join Broadfield Technology India team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, monitoring production environments, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of our systems (Azure DevOps services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native deployments). This role requires strong collaboration with development, QA, support and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve overall software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application builds, testing, and deployment
Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
Manage and configure Azure Repos, branch policies, code reviews, and version control best practices.
Manage and optimize containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Deploy, monitor, and scale applications across Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, and Virtual Machines.
Implement and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with developers to enhance DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot build, release, and deployment issues in complex environments and perform root cause analysis.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform/Ansible.
Ensure compliance with security standards, backups, and disaster recovery.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
6 - 8 years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud experience.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, Test Plans) with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Experience in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Familiarity with networking, security, firewalls, load balancers, DNS.
Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
