Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Software Tester at Eazy ERP Technologies Pvt Ltd,, you will be responsible for evaluating software applications to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with the development team to understand requirements, design test plans, and execute tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug tracking software.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Conduct testing of web and mobile applications.
Ensure software meets business requirements and usability standards.
Perform performance and load testing as needed.
Prepare and present test reports to project stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Good knowledge of ERP testing is additional minimum 6 months
Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
Basic understanding of database & API testing.
Experience with Mobile App Testing.
Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and software testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
Experience with performance and load testing tools.
