What would you do?
The Digital Services and Automation Delivery Project Manager leads projects and facilitates decisions on development of new solutions and enhancements of existing tools, systems or solutions to support business processes and needs.This role collaborates with business partners and important project stakeholders to identify and define business needs, documenting business requirements for submission and subsequent scope and project details definition. This position is part of the Digital Services and Automation Delivery team; which must be focused on process automation and digitalization initiatives.Additionally, coordinates in conjunction with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) and different Subject Matter Experts (SME) the activities required to support project milestones and scheduled release dates.The candidate will manage projects following agile approach, utilizing agile project management tools like Azure Dev Ops and MS Planner, among others. Key Responsibilities - Leads projects in the development of new solutions and enhancements of existing tools, systems or solutions to support business processes. This includes activities required to support project milestones and scheduled release dates. Works with end-users of the solutions and overall project team. Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating into formal functional documentation.Develop and recommend operational process improvements as part of the requirements gathering process in collaboration with business users.Testing and implementation of business process solutions by supervising testing scenarios and deliver training to users on new or enhanced business processes/solutions.Facilitate functional and technical requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business and BTS stakeholders.Document as-is and to-be business processes and business requirements associated with those processes.Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders on the business side and within BTS.Analyze and document technical capabilities and requirements for new and existing solutions.Create and / or publish project deliverables associated with an agile / scrum project delivery approach utilizing agile project management tools as mentioned above.

Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in technical project management experience implementing custom development software and / or solutions using standard tools and techniques.Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity and Initiates or maintains schedule for projects and project milestones.High Technical knowledge in Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 Project Management tools, certification on the usage of these tools is preferred.SAP and SalesForce implementation projects focusing on ERP, ETL and APIs.Experience on software quality and validation using project management methodologies & phases.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.Focus on business value rather than solutions to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
