What we are looking for & job description:
French Interpreter
Anyone with zero to 40 years of experience from any industry { BPOs, FMCG, Ecommerce, Retail, Hospitals, Hotels, etc } can apply, even if the person is 80 years old, he/she can apply, as long as they are okay with night shifts/rotational shifts & are physically fit
*Must be able to grasp the contents of discussions during meetings, con-calls and translation
*Must be able to completely convey the contents of discussion from French to English and from English to French.
*Must be able to facilitate smooth communication between the organization and the customer.
*Active listening and concretely interpreting the message between two different language speakers customers/clients via *inbound/outbound calls (Eg: English & French/French & English).
*Adhering to the protocols required for the process and organization
*Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time
*Must be a team player.
*Must have laptop/desktop with a minimum internet speed of 100 mbps/above + power back up { like inverter, etc }
Eligibility criteria:
Qualification: UG / Diploma / Graduate { in any stream }
Experience: Fresher / Experience
Medical insurance: Upto 3 to 4 lakhs
Salary: 50K to 60K
Other Benefits: Overtime Allowance
Week offs: Two rotational
Shift: 24/7 { rotational shifts - night shifts / early morning shifts / day shifts / evening shifts }
Required Skill set:
Excellent/good communicator in both languages { English & French }.
Candidate must have a good sense of humor.
Candidate must be an enthusiastic speaker and a positive thinker.
