Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO) / Sales Manager (SM) / Relationship Manager (RM) Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Gurgoan
Department: Secured Lending / Mortgage Business
Employment Type: Full-time



Key Responsibilities:
For RO / SM / RM (based on seniority and experience):

Source LAP (Loan Against Property) business through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) channel.

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing DSAs to ensure consistent business inflow.

Generate leads through DSA partners and convert them into loan disbursements.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics regularly.

Ensure proper documentation and processing of LAP applications as per company guidelines.

Work closely with credit and operations team for faster loan processing and customer servicing.

Maintain market intelligence and keep updated on competitor products and market trends.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
