- Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be to develop visual assets for various platforms such as web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and print materials. Collaboration with stakeholders from different departments to conceptualize and execute design deliverables is a key part of your role. It is crucial to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and print materials. - Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design deliverables. - Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. - Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines with a quick turnaround time. - Incorporate feedback from the team into refined designs. - Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and evolve continuously. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of work. - Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and Canva. - Ability to approach briefs with out-of-the-box thinking and a cause-driven design perspective. - Comfort working across various formats, from social media creative to detailed reports. - High turnaround efficiency and flexibility to work late hours when needed. - Comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple priorities and reporting lines.
