Job Description
- As a Lead Developer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Java Fullstack (React) developers. Your expertise in Java programming and ReactJS for front-end development will be crucial in designing and developing scalable and maintainable web applications. It is essential for you to have a good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Java Fullstack (React) developers - Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications - Expertise in Java programming and ReactJS for front-end development - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines - Define technical solutions and provide guidance to cross-functional teams - Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code - Perform code reviews and identify areas for improvement - Troubleshoot and debug production issues - Mentor and coach team members on technical and soft skills - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 8-11 years of experience in Java Development - Proficiency in Java Development with additional skills in ReactJS and Core Java - Knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Methodologies, Git, JUnit, Mockito, Jenkins, AWS, and SQL - Soft skills including excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, mentoring, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, continuous learning attitude, strong work ethics, and time management - Engineering skills such as code reviews, CI/CD, performance optimization, security best practices, TDD, and agile project management Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley.
