Role Overview: As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at AeroLeads, you will play a vital role in back-end web development tasks, focusing on coding, troubleshooting, and implementing new features. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient and maintainable code through object-oriented programming, model-view-controller architecture, and test-driven development. Collaborating with other developers and teams is essential to deliver high-quality software that meets the company's standards. Key Responsibilities: - Code, troubleshoot, and implement new features in back-end web development - Ensure efficient and maintainable code through object-oriented programming - Utilize model-view-controller architecture and test-driven development - Collaborate with other developers and teams to deliver high-quality software Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Experience in Front-End Development - Knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture - Expertise in Test Driven Development - Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team Additional Details: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, and experience with cloud platforms and deployment tools will be considered a valuable asset in this role.
