Job Description

You will be working as a Senior Specialist in Noida, India with 2.5-5 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support for on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis of given issues. You will be required to independently resolve tickets within the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time. It is essential to adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Additionally, you will work on value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training freshers, and coaching analysts. Your role will also involve ensuring a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores through First Call Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions/reopen cases. The qualification required for this position is B-Tech, and there is one position available. The primary skill required for this role is DWP-WPE-WORKPLACE VIRTUALIZATION.
