Job Description

    Role Overview: You will be responsible for deepening relationships with Banking accounts and ensuring best-in-class service to the customers. Your main role will involve identifying prospective customers, converting them into real business opportunities, creating Joint Liability Groups and centres, and managing them through the formation, disbursal, and collection phases. Additionally, you will manage a team to drive client acquisition, build household level customer relationships, and capitalize on the lifetime value in each relationship. Key Responsibilities: - Deepen the existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness. - Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and allocated areas. - Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets. - Assess and evaluate client needs to generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross-sell opportunities based on their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements. - Contribute to the penetration of liabilities business in new markets through lead generations and account opening as per customer needs. - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. - Monitor high collections efficiency through discipline and drive. - Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high-quality accounts. - Gather the latest market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks. - Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers. - Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Manage a team of field officers, taking responsibility for their development and attrition. Qualifications: - Graduate Additional Details: You will also be responsible for developing and implementing livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Years of Experience: - 5+ years of relevant banking experience.,
