Business Analyst @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Principal Consultant at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in developing clean and functional code that meets the company's requirements. Your focus will be on coding, ensuring high performance, and responsiveness to requests. Working with Engineers using Agile Methodology, you will need to have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases to effectively transform them into strategic solutions. Collaboration with business stakeholders to address real-time issues and crafting solutions that meet client needs will also be a key aspect of this role. **Responsibilities:** - Gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Collaborating with client organizations to understand technical requirements for implementing IT solutions. - Conducting platform rationalization. - Providing responses to RFP/RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products. - Taking ownership of components/processes within the team and mentoring team members. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - Business Analyst experienced in financial planning. - Proficiency with the Xceptor tool. - Creating JIRA stories and developing requirements. - Working independently with development teams. - Leading daily stand-ups for an Agile squad as needed. - Experience in learning complex applications and working on client-facing reports. - Production support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit. - Strong coordination and liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc. - Familiarity with IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API). - Strong experience in writing SQL queries. - Proficiency in JIRA/Remedy tool. - Knowledge of Iterative/Agile/DevOps/ITIL practices & tools. - Experience in data analysis & data migration. - Creating process flows and screen mockups. - Executing Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/Projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical reasoning ability.,
