Job Description
- As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the global aviation industry by providing time-critical logistics services at various locations across the world. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out assigned duties in accordance with departmental requirements. This includes tasks such as sanitizing, cleaning, dusting, and removing waste materials from aircraft or operational sites while adhering to QHSE norms and standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring the safe handling of baggage, cargo, documents, and mails by following standard operating procedures for loading, unloading, sorting, segregation, transfer, delivery, and storage. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and equipment, providing cabin cleaning services, and assisting passengers with wheelchair services, all while delivering excellent customer service. Furthermore, you will oversee the accurate processing, storage, and dispatch of baggage, cargo, mail, courier, ULDs (Unit Load Devices), and other vehicles. Your role will also involve upholding safety, security, wellbeing, and compliance standards by taking reasonable care of your health, safety, and that of others, in line with workplace rules and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma, have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience, demonstrate teamwork, follow instructions effectively, and exhibit a customer service-oriented approach with punctuality.
