Front Office Manager Responsibilities

The front office managers responsibilities include managing and training front office staff, ensuring Patients satisfaction, and overseeing the budget and financial management of the front office. As the primary point of contact between patients and the hospital, the front office manager must be approachable, knowledgeable, and skilled at problem-solving to ensure patients needs are met.

Daily operations of the front office

  • Ensuring front desk and concierge services are running efficiently
  • Responding promptly to patients inquiries and requests
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept for patients rooms, and financial transactions

Managing and training front office staff

  • Hiring, training, and managing front office personnel
  • Scheduling and delegating tasks to staff members
  • Ensuring staff are knowledgeable and able to provide excellent customer service

Ensuring patients satisfaction

  • Resolving patients complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Anticipating patients needs and providing personalized service
  • Monitoring patients feedback to identify areas for improvement

Budget and financial management

  • Preparing and managing the front office budget
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for cost-saving
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial reporting

Min. 8 to 10 years experience in hospital industry / service industry

Candidate must have excellent communication skills
